"We make a living by what we get; we make a life by what we give."

Since 1993, the main focus of indexGolf has been to provide free/low-cost support to dozens of charities, including helping them to plan and deliver their fund raising golf events.

This support is given as a free pre-event consultancy service, but mainly as an "on the day" provider of tournament support and services, which include:

Logo'd lecterns and clocks

PA System(s)

Starting of players, scoring, results and announcing services

As such, indexGolf is the largest UK charity supporter operating on a purely philanthropic basis.

The same services are provided to a handful of corporate events each year and several corporate finals including the National Golf Club Challenge (in aid of Help for Heroes) and the Duke of Edinburgh World Finals.

Between 2001 and 2010 some 600 events/800 days were undertaken for the PGA at regional and then national events for their corporate partners, clients and customers.

Since 2004, indexGolf has worked at events throughout the UK, Ireland and Jersey for the European Senior Tour and since 2011 for the Ladies European Tour, Ecco and TP Tours. Other annual finals include the Disabled British Open, the Blind Golf Championships and BALASA golf as well as the Farm Foods British Par 3 Championship hosted by Tony Jacklin at Nailcote Hall, Warwickshire which commands a six-figure prize fund for male and female professionals across all of the European Tours.

A charge is made for corporate and professional events, however, the support given to charity days far outstrips these receipts. Charities include: Fight for Sight, NSPCC, SPARKS, DebRa, Great Ormond Street Hospital, Wooden Spoon, MS Society, British Lung Foundation, Air Ambulance, Cancer Research UK, Macmillan Cancer Support, Prostate Cancer, Rainbows, On Course Foundation and many others.

In 2018 we will participate in our 400th charity golf day.
